We had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly—from what my son was getting to what our insurance would cover. We never felt rushed, and they didn’t try to push more expensive frames on us. It really felt like they cared about helping us make the best choice, not just making a sale. Highly recommend!
Skyy was the only one to ever get my glasses to fit right. I went to my glasses people three separate times for adjustments and they still slipped and hurt my nose. It took Skyy all of 2 minutes to do what 3 people couldn't. Will definitely be back to purchase from her Jan 1st when my benefits are available (and get my sunglasses too!!).
Fantastic Service! Quality frames. My frames got severely damaged to the point the right earpiece was basically flat. They probably spent an hour or more to fix them without breaking the frames...no charge. I was amazed at their skills!
Chris and the other three that I dealt with were all super nice. They gave me their opinions as I tried on the glasses. They were patient with me and helped me understand the breakdown of the cost. Would highly recommend going here! I know I'll be back!
The staff is always so friendly and I appreciate that they’re always willing to help when it comes to adjusting the frame to fit your face!! Alec went to the trouble of replacing my old nose pieces with new ones and now my glasses are so much more comfortable! Highly highly highly recommend!!!
