New pair of glasses messed up, how you ask, they went to adjust the frame to bring the temples inward but my lenses did not fit correctly, they could not get the lenses back in, the top of my frame on the right side looks melted or scraped up, and there is also light scrates on my lens the top of the right side, they had to shave down the leans to get my lens to fit in my frame again, they are so bent out pf shape, and I hate it, they now creak and make noise as im trying to clean thr leans, I guess because the leans no long fit correctly, after seeing how they did my glasses my wife decided against getting a pair. Not recommended unless they can fix this, i believe you must pay 25 bucks for a warranty also, I feel very ripped off and I will continue to just go back to my regular eye doctor
