Walmart Vision Center

Crystal was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help my boyfriend find exactly the glasses he wanted. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Crystal made everything so easy and stress-free, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. We really appreciated her help and great attitude. I would 10/10 recommend Crystal to anyone looking for excellent service.

I was excited to give Walmart a try the help was kind & I found a beautiful pair of glasses its the lens I do not like at all they are dirty cloudy & will not clean without their cleaning solution. Stopped by yesterday complaining the 1st man tried to clean them couldnt the manager of the store tried & was successful! You must have a special cloth & their cleaning spray to clean them! These lens have caused eye strain trying to see thru constant cloudy lens. I want glasses that clean anywhere using my shirt if necessary wherever I am these dont. Ive never had such a problem with cleaning my lens. Will not be returning

I went in looking at glasses for them to say united health care doesn’t bundle dental and vision plans and that my insurance provider was scamming me . And that I had no vision insurance . When in fact I do have dental and vision insurance just the Walmart staff at this Walmart don’t want to do their job . I really need glasses but even tho this Walmart is down the road from me I won’t go here again for the vision due to the people in the vision center !!

I went in for my first pair of glasses and didn't know anything about nothing. Lol. There was an employee name Crystal and she helped me find a pair that looks amazing. I appreciated her knowledge, and friendliness. Me wearing glasses for the first time and trying to find "my style" was little worrisome until I went in and got the assistance I needed to making an informed, in my budget, and stylish decision. The area was organized and had a lot of choices to choose from. Thank you!!
