Nicki was amazing in helping me with getting contacts ordered after I found one lense damaged after removing them last night, especially when she had never seen me before today and did her best to explain what my insurance would cover

Really liked Dr Fackrell, and most of the staff is pleasant especially when it seems they're chronically understaffed. I went in today to check on my glasses; two workers were busy with other customers. The third, whose name i learned is Annie, was busy talking and laughing with an Walmart employee from a different part of the store (wearing wm blue vest) I wanted to say, "Don't worry about me, I'm only a waiting customer"...but it was obvious that she was NOT worried about me. Dr. Frakrell, and his team are the BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED !!!! Dr. Frakrell ACTUALLY CARES about his patients! That is hard to find trust me! I've had some recent eye issue's and have seen over 14 high ranking eye doctors over 3 states which none have shown this level of care. Dr. Frakrell worked hard to get me the BEST scrip for my new glasses. OUTSTANDING JOB!! My vision is important to me!!! THANK YOU!!¡ Dr. Frakrell you have my VOTE. Don't ever change. Derek Quaid
When I stop in, the opticians greet me politely and listen attentively. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions. There is a nice selection of frames and they give their input when asked. My glasses were made to my exact specifications and were adjusted to perfection. I am extremely pleased with WM Vision and I highly recommend them.
I don't know who they hire to work here, but they need severe training in customer service. We walked in there to look around and see if we can do a same day appointment. We were not loud or rude. The one short Hispanic looking lady says, "I will be with in a moment." She's just doing paperwork and could have easily answered our question. She goes in the side room. Still ignoring us. This tall OLD LADY with WHITE hair barks at us, "Have you been helped?!" My friend asks very politely, "Do you do same day appointments?" This old woman, looks at us disgusted, and says VERY RUDELY, " No, we dont!." I told her she had very bad customer service skills. Of course she didn't care. This is terrible services. The vision store needs to rethink their store services and employees. They are disgusting.
