Just positively the worst. I spent a lot of money for prescription safety glasses and I told them that they didn't fit right. They told me to just wait and they would fit better after a couple of weeks. They didn't and when I was told I couldn't use them at my job anymore, because they would fall off my face, they refused to fix them or refund my money because she was the one that fit them. Just horrible on the fit up. I would recommend going anywhere other than this place. I could literally look down and they fell off.

After having an awful experience at Sterling Vision, my insurance suggested Walmart. Detra, the optician, spent time with me ensuring that my measurements were correct and also did some troubleshooting on the incorrect lenses from Sterling. I received my glasses a week later and they are perfect. I received a call back asking how my glasses were working out and was reminded of a discount for a second pair. The customer service and professionalism was exceptional. The price was half as much as the last place. I highly recommend!

I brought in my prescription and bought spectacles three weeks ago, but the clerk failed to adjust them. I brought them in for adjustment last week. All seemed well, but afterwards I snagged my finger, finding the original hinge screw had been replaced with an oversized one, used as a last resort when threads are stripped. The replacement screw had been cut off, leaving the sharp barb that left a small cut on my forefinger. I went in this morning to speak with manager, Chris Phillips, explaining the situation. He refused to accept responsibility and make things right. He said that replacing original screws with replacements is normal procedure. He said the best he could do was to take an original screw from one in inventory. Since the threads have already been stripped by the replacement screw, forcing an undamaged original screw into the damaged threads isn’t a viable solution. The frames were new and undamaged. There also is a small spot where the finish on the frames has been scratched off. I want what I had before they did the damage. There also is a small spot where the finish on the frame is damaged. I’m a regular customer and get my prescriptions filled here at significant cost. If this is not resolved, I won’t be back!

First, Ellen is very personable and takes time to assist and not keep you waiting. She is competent and knowledgeable. I really recommend her as the go to person. The pricing was very good. The quality is good and, even better than expected, based on price comparisons. New frames new lenses and new lenses in my current frames cost less than one pair of frames and lenses at Lens Crafter's. Wait time for the replacements was less than one week( with my own RX) I would recommend (based on the reviews) that you get your prescription from your own outside Doctor, since the negative reviews mention poor service and bad experiences with the prescription and on site Optometrist. Summary: Five Stars Ellen, Five Stars Price-5 Stars Wait time. 5 Stars Quality. Thank you Ellen, I will be back.

Last visit with Dr Clark back in 2019. On Feb 9th I had updated near/far vision testing done. The procedures used were clearly explained to me by Dr Clark in each segment to make certain I had best vision sharpness or recognition that would come out when lenses were created. I received one set (distance) and one set (near- sightedness) days apart during following week. Am very pleased with clearness in reading and close-up vision plus driving with more comfort in seeing far away traffic. Support staff very helpful.
