I am a crime scene photographer..wearing contacts are essential to my camera use.... I spent 17 years with an eye doctor I Paradise, Ca. and was prescribed approximately 9 pairs of contacts...never once did I have any problems with those contacts... not once. FAST FORWARD.. After relocating to Salem I chose Vibrant to continue my vision care... 5 years now...and 3 sets of contacts..each pair was returned for correction ..either the prescription was incorrect or the fit was not right.... in December I was notified that a pair contacts had not been picked up...apparently a corrected pair was ordered in April ...I was unaware a correction had been made. When I went to pick them up I was told I had to turn in my current pair.... I did. The "new" pair was not stored in solution...the receptionist pealed the lenses off the cap... another staff member searched the office for solution but couldn't find any... I took the lenses home to rehydrate them. After a day I tried them on... this time the prescription seemed correct but the fit was not.... I contacted the office and was told my prescription was expired and I had no recourse... Needless to say....IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET CONTACTS... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Respectfully, H. Dr. Dana is fantastic. She’s very professional and well versed in all the latest medical information. She is able to explain it to me so that it all makes sense. I’ve been wearing glasses for thirty years. These are the best glasses I’ve ever worn. With other offices, I felt like I had to settle for so-so prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Dana McLaughlin..

One of the only shops in Oregon that carries Ronit Furst frames!!! One of a kind, hand painted 🎨 by Artists and can be completely custom made for YOU ... and did i say they cost the same as cookie cutter frames and covered by your insurance??? Yes!!!

The staff are amazing! Helped me get the best frames, worked with my insurance on everything, adjusted and re-adjusted the frames until they fit perfectly. Always friendly and above and beyond
