I injured my eye and felt the need to see a doctor right away. The scheduling assistant was most empathetic and got me in that afternoon. I saw Dr. Paluska and after his thorough exam he explained that it would take some time for the bruising and blood to be absorbed. I left feeling much better thanks to an attentive and caring staff and doctor. I've been a patient since 1970 and would go NO other place.
Always a very pleasurable experience and very friendly and helpful staff. Not just for exams, but they have an incredible selection of frames to choose from too! We took a shot last year and went to our primary (HMO) to save a couple bucks… big mistake, not even close! We returned back here this year and very happy we did! Won’t be going anywhere else again anytime soon!
It's that interesting building you pass on Commercial - looks like the White House - and you wonder what important things are happening there! Parking is easy - they have a large parking lot. My wait time was short; and from reception to doctor everyone is friendly, kind, and sees to your needs and comfort.
My first appointment was scheduled I was contacted and asked to come in a day early. When I got there I was told I needed to go to a different location. Would be nice if they could have told me that on the phone. Don’t think I will be back.
I am a long-time patient at this clinic and have appreciated all of the doctors and the care I have received. I recently transferred to the South Commercial location which is closer to my house and provides more convenient parking.
