Needed to have my glasses adjusted. Went to the Cornelius Walmart where I got them. First of all, VERY grateful that they were open on Sunday. Secondly, Christopher was very polite and helpful. After explaining what I needed, he took my glasses back, made the adjustments, and returned. PERFECT fit the first time. I always have a great experience at this location!
Walmart Vision Center offers professional eyewear consultations based on your prescription and lifestyle. They also do glasses adjustments and fittings. They also have a great selection of glasses for any type of home. the opticians are quite friendly and very professional.
I normally shop at Costco for my glasses. However, when Costco wouldn't update my prescription in my sunglasses as I hadn't bought them there, I decided to try Walmart Vision. They were very accommodating and processed my request without difficulty and with expertise. The facilities were very clean and organized with a good selection of frames. Secilia - the manager - was wonderful to work with. I have already recommended the vision center to my mother as well.
They don't work directly with my primary insurance (blue cross) and they don't take OHP at all, but I liked their selection and prices. Staff was pretty helpful!
Christopher was really great! My daughter and I ordered 3 pairs of glasses between us the last few weeks, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the frames and lenses available. Made the whole process easy and pleasant.
