Horrible, HORRIBLE experiences here. I NEVER get reminder texts/calls, I have never received calls or texts when glasses are ready. Waited 5+ weeks for glasses to come in, only to get there and find out they ordered the wrong frames. Had to wait another 5+ weeks for the correct ones to come in. They never called when they did finally come in. The hours on Google, don’t mean anything! Multiple times I’ve gone to pick up based on their OPEN hours online and they will be closed with a paper sign on the door. I just went to pick up glasses and they had a paper sign on the window that says they’re closed from last Friday until tomorrow, the 3rd. When I called on Tuesday/Wednesday last week, nobody ever said anything about being closed during that time. Ridiculous

Don't go here. If you don't have a cookie cutter prescription, and if you come back claiming that the prescription needs adjusted or the frames need adjusted... They'll stress how tiny your prescription is and how optional it is. You can still have 20/20 vision and need glasses. Staff needs to be better educated. 0/10 Will not recommend

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable, and the doctor explains everything very clearly, so you can feel the interest she has in you as a patient.

Dr. June Tse, OD, was incredibly nice and approachable. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel relaxed, and Dr. Tse’s thorough care kept me completely at ease.

Got new lenses for my glasses. Renee in the office was super helpful and friendly. 2 thumbs up
