Hillsboro Eye Clinic

I had a fantastic experience at Hillsboro Eye Clinic from start to finish. The front desk team was welcoming, efficient with check‑in. My exam was thorough, but I never felt rushed. The doctor took time to explain each step, answer all my questions, and walk me through my options so I felt confident about my eye health and my new prescription. The staff who helped with frames and lenses were amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and honest about what would actually work best for my needs instead of pushing the most expensive options.

After having an eye exam at another vision center I was referred here for additional testing. The staff was very courteous and explained everything well. I saw DR Jelinico. She explained my condition to where I could understand it and gave me a couple treatment options to choose from. I am pleased with the care I received.

Could have been five star as it’s a great place with fantastic people. It’s a 4 star because they did not have the machine that takes pictures inside of your eyeballs. I had to have my eyes dilated and it was not a pleasant experience for me. Employees there are fabulous.

From the first conversation with them over the phone, to setting up an exam appointment and then going to the appointment the staff and doctors here are amazing! And very helpful. Wonderful staff at both the downtown Hillsboro office and the reeds crossing office. Definitely plan to stay with them for my sons vision needs.

I've been receiving eye care services at this clinic for at least the last 10 years with Dr Goins. The front desk staff and technicians have always been professional, friendly and helpful. I have received excellent and knowledgeable care for my various eye conditions from Dr Goins.
