So far my experience has been great. The staff made check-in easy and they were very nice to chat with. Dr ward made it nice and quick and comfortable. Would highly recommend. I’m now in the waiting to get glasses made for me stage hoping for the best.
Finally a great vision clinic right in our neighborhood and fully takes VSP. Dr Ward was the best. Looking forward to coming here for a long time with the whole family.
From start to finish, a delightful experience. I came in early, did my new client profile easily. Had my glasses picked out before they got me started. The team had me ready to go at the time the actual exam was for, so I was finished in record time. The equipment was comfortable and easy to use. Everyone explained the process effectively in a way that was easy to understand, and nothing about it felt remotely invasive. Both the OD and the technician were friendly and showed genuine interest in me, not just the eyes. The “front-of-house” ladies made the process a breeze. I wouldn’t even call it a process, honestly, they just told me what looked cute and we took some quick measurements and then we were done. Great place, super convenient, will recommend!
I had an appointment on 08/21/25 with Dr. Rachel Blakemore, and had an absolutely great experience. She was professional but personable, great personality, and very well versed in her profession, and got through the exam in under 30 minutes. The rest of the staff here was also super nice and very helpful, and their process for new patients makes it very easy. I HIGHLY recommend this place! :)
I have to say. Worst experience of my life. I have had rude people , but this receptionist put me on hold while I was still trying to explain. They were rude to my husband as well. And had no concern my husband didn't get his contacts. When you work in customer service. Kindness and service goes along way. Unfortunately we will be taking our business elsewhere. Apparently mine is not worth your ti.e and respect.
