They are the sweetest. I dropped my contact and didn’t have any more, they were gracious enough to give me a pair of temporaries that day. The front desk was especially kind and I can’t thank them enough!
Excellent clinic with doctors that are both highly professional and personable. I was hoping to transition from glasses to contact lenses and Dr. Jacquelyn helped me every step of the way! I really felt like any concerns or questions I had were heard and addressed fully. Really happy now with my contacts and I'm glad I chose to go to Heritage!
Dr. Jacquelyn and all the stuff members were very friendly and professional. She is detail oriented and cares about her patients. I have been to many eye doctors but I have found her to be the most caring. She made me feel like I was in good hands. I recommend this place for anybody who needs eye care .
Dr. Jacquelyn Delplanche was an absolute professional during my first visit here for an eye exam. She was very detailed and great at communicating what was going on during the exam. She made me feel comfortable and seemed to have a genuine interest in providing the best experience possible. Highly recommend!
I scheduled a eyeglass and contacts exam and had a rather lengthy appointment with them recently. Unfortunately I had to bring my 3 year old. They were very tolerant and didn't bat an eye when the exam room turned into a play room with toys spread out. I waited about 5 minutes before being seen. They have a great selection of glasses and gave me a 10% discount on items not covered by my insurance. The receptionist helped me pick out the most perfect glasses. Overall a great experience!
