Katherine A. Ruecker, OD & Assoc Next To LensCrafters

There's a lot to be said for having a doctor who knows you even though you only see them once a year. Dr. Ruecker has only been my eye doctor for a few years but I feel like I've always been her patient. I've never felt rushed during an appointment and she always takes the time to answer all my questions. I'm impressed by her memory, referencing my family history and keeping track of potential future concerns. I appreciate the option to have digital retinal imaging instead of dilation which seems more comprehensive. I've recommended Dr. Ruecker multiple times and will continue to do so. It's easy to get appointments with very little wait time. I'm very thankful to have found her practice and feel comfortable here.

Making an appointment by phone was very easy. I also received a confirmation call back the day before my appointment. I was greeted by the staff upon entering the office and also the doctor himself. My exam was done, but the doctor spent time discussing ways to better take care of my eyes. The entire experience was pleasant and informative.

This is my first time at Katherine A. Ruecker, O.D. & Associates, P.C. * I went for an eye exam and my experience with Dr Scott was excellent, he has a great personality he was friendly and professional. Same with the staff at the front, Yoshi was very friendly and welcoming. The eyeglass vendors were also excellent.

Had a wonderful and thorough visit! Everyone was lovely, and Connie B. was so helpful in finding a new pair of glasses that would help with my particular problem. Having gone to a boutique optometrist last year because it was close to my work and having a miserable experience I am hopefully going to call this lens crafter team my forever optometrist. Can't say enough good things! Would recommend!

Good exam experience overall, but expect to wait past your appointment time. Also would be nice to get more “if it were me” guidance on issues like new lenses or optional corrective procedures.
