Everyone was very professional and extremely friendly. My doctor even remembered me from last year (She remarked upon something that in no way could’ve been in my ) which I thought was amazing! Very personalized service. I did have a little bit of trouble when making my appointment. I felt like there was a miscommunication between the person. I actually booked the appointment with the actual clinic (They are two different entities) but all in all it was a very good experience.

Great experience start to finish. Before I came in, the office staff had checked with insurance so I wouldn’t receive a “surprise” bill. Front desk check in was very fast and I only waited a few minutes before meeting with Dr. Prasad’s assistant. They work together like a well-oiled machine! Dr. Prasad is thorough while at the same time very efficient. I appreciate her kind disposition, how knowledgeable she is and the way she takes the time to explain what is going on. So thankful I found her!!

Dr. Prasad and her staff are outstanding. The care my children and myself have received over the years has always been professional, patient, and thorough. I cannot recommend Dr. Prasad enough! This place is the best!

She's very friendly and professional. I've been going to her for four years since my previous optometrist retired and I'm happy he found a good replacement.
