Amazing staff, always kind and lovely! The intern who did my exam was great and funny and the doctor was kind. They answered any questions I had regarding my care and guided though treatment plans for dry eye. Will definitely come back and recommend!
Great experience! Front desk staff were friendly and explained all the paperwork. Had THREE optometry students conduct my exam! VERY THOROUGH. Did it take longer than normal..... yeah, but it's a school. Students. Backed by Doctors. It makes sense. Helped me pick out awesome frames. Even the wife likes them! Got them in a timely fashion. Overall a great experience. Well continue going! Well and DO recommend to all!
Carmen is the worst. She can’t send an email or a fax to save her life. Wasted so much of my time. When I went to pick up glasses at 440 (they close at 5) they were already closed. Refused to answer calls. Did not call back when message left. Currently in the next week in person again and found note pictured. Carmen is the most incompetent person I’ve ever had to deal with. How she’s working front desk only god knows.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. They say they close at 1230 for lunch butttt guess what they’re doing at 1130?! NOT WORKING!! This place is absolutely terrible, I suggest going elsewhere rather than wasting your time with these people. They’re lazy and refuse to do their job. I'm honestly shocked that this place is still in business with how TERRIBLE they are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!! Go elsewhere!!!
They never answer their phones and if you are lucky and they call back, never fails it will be when you are at work and can’t answer. If you call right back you still won’t get anyone. Then they charged me double and said they voided one but both charges went through. Tried to get a refund from them but it is more trouble than it’s worth I’m going to just call my bank to dispute the duplicate charge. Be so much faster and easier. Then appointments probably take 3 times longer than normal as a student does it before the actual doctor comes in to go over results so it wastes a lot of your time. And the student seemed so unprepared. Should have done more preparation to minimize the time taken. I understand learning as I have done both sides before but this was not really acceptable.
