🤓 Excellent staff running the office! My Dr. Scotty was great!! 👍👍 He did comprehensive testing and came up with a plan of therapy, and a new 😎 Rx to help relieve my double vision. I highly recommend Northwest 👁️ Care Professionals. They live up to their name!

I had multiple eye surgeries as a kid/adult and, as a result, have an aversion to the eye doctor. I also have poor vision, a complicated prescription, and some balance issues. It has always hard for me to trust that a new prescription will be helpful. Likewise, it’s difficult to trust that the doctor will spend enough time to make sure it’s correct (you know, as I struggle to say which is better, A or B). I made an appointment at the Hillsboro location based on a recommendation from a friend. And now I plan on staying a patient for life. (So none of the team is ever allowed to retire.) Dr. Scotty Morris was incredibly personal, thorough, creative and helpful. He did such an excellent exam and I left feeling hopeful. Front desk was friendly and kind. And Optical suggested a different style of frame (explaining it would be better for the prisms in my lenses) and spent so much time helping me find the perfect one. And when I tried on the finished product I was astonished. She was absolutely right and my new lenses are so much thinner. Who knew glasses could be so fun? I absolutely recommend Northwest Eye Care Professionals to anybody who is looking for great, personalized care and a warm environment. (Attached photo: New glasses are the top pair. Dr. Powers is an awesome doctor, & honestly the best optometrist I've ever had! She is friendly, professional, extremely attentive & overall provided exemplary, patient-centric eye-care. She even solved my mystery annoying eye issue going on with one of my eyes these past few months, & went above & beyond to even resolve it right there on the spot! If you’re searching for an all-out exceptional optometrist, your search stops here - Dr. Powers is truly the best of the best :D

This was our first visit and we were extremely impressed from start to finish. We were especially impressed with Dr. Powers who was very thorough, took her time to assure we understood everything she was doing and recommending. We were also relieved to receive from Dr. Powers an in depth explanation of why my vision and changed and her plan to get it back to normal. We felt very relieved to know there is in fact a light at the end of this tunnel. Besides all of that Dr Powers has a terrific sense of humor, and loves dogs.

Upon arrival I was cheerfully greeted. Elizabeth Powers was very thorough and personable. She answered all questions and did a great job putting me at ease. Im sorry, but I forget the name of the optometrist, but she was very good at helping pick out a pair of glasses that looked good on me and also answered all questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to go for your eye health.
