From the moment I walked in, Zachary was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The customer service really stood out—He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Even though Zachary was busy, he still took the time to help me even though I was a walk in. He checked my prescription and even fixed the nose guard on my glasses, which I really appreciated. That level of care and attention made a big difference. All in all - the glasses I picked up were spot on and it was night and day between my old glasses - Definitely would recommend

I would like to give a big compliment to the Vision Center Manager, Zachary Fields, for his outstanding help. My daughter’s glasses had a broken frame leg, and her eye doctor appointment was still two weeks away. We really needed a quick solution. I visited several vision centers, and all of them told me there was nothing they could do and that we had to wait for a new prescription. Then I came to this Walmart Vision Center, and Mr. Fields was incredibly kind and welcoming. He immediately said he could help solve the problem. Within about 10 minutes, he fixed the glasses by replacing the frame leg with one that was almost identical to the original. It truly felt like magic, and I was so touched by his willingness to help. If anyone has issues with their glasses, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Zachary Fields. He is truly the best!

Once again, this place came through for me with the best frame choices at the most reasonable cost in the metro. Zachary was awesome, and he answered all of my questions clearly and precisely. My new glasses look and feel amazing.

Our whole family wears glasses and have been coming to Walmart Optical in Happy Valley for at least 8 years. Our favorite staff member is Austin. He is knowledgeable, has a great personality and makes the tedious process of getting glasses and dealing with insurance a pleasant experience. 5 stars to Austin!

Have been a long time patient and customer at this location after previously great experiences in Florida. The team, both Drs and the Optician staff, are terrific. Today I came in with two of my pairs of eyeglasses. One I had stepped on and broken the frame and one had a nosepiece that fell off. I was seen right away and met with Will. I have worked with him before and always find him to be very pleasant, patient and friendly as well as very professional with great attention to detail. He made sure my replacement frames fit perfectly. Making several adjustments to the earpieces. I have a wide face and Walmart Vision Center is one of the very few places I can find a good selection. I also have severe astigmatism in one eye so only certain frames will support that much thicker lens. The task of bringing that together had been hard to find at other stores. Walmart Vision Center has secured my business going forward for sure. Knowing I have that and a one year warranty on my glasses gives me tremendous peace of mind. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life. I realize many times the only time you hear from customers is to complain. I want to highlight that this team consistently goes above and beyond to problem solve and create a satisfying customer experience. One I am exceedingly thankful for. Thank you Will, Linda and Alyssa. I am delighted to thank you for excellent service and will see you all again when I am due for my next eye exam and glasses later this summer.
