Doctor is super sweet and very knowledgeable. Most of the staff are very friendly. I have gotten a pair of glasses there and had to get new lens twice already. I use there wipes to clean them only. They are very scratched up. I was told it was the protective covering the put on them. My glasses aren't even 1 year old. Other then that very affordable frames.

Scheduled an appointment with them Friday at 10:30am for pain in my eye they told me there'd be a doctor in Wed. and they could take me at 10:30am. I took off work showed up and they told me the doctor is never in on Wed. and they have no record of any appointment for me. This place is a joke.

While I've had problems with my own prescription (which I don't believe is their issue), my son's has always been great. We've had to use the warranty on his glasses previously, and everything has worked out well. A recent order said 2-3 weeks, and it arrived in less than a week.

I worked with Loretta today and she was AMAZING. She helped me decide on my frames and got through all the insurance mumbo jumbo quickly and easily. Very friendly as well! Thanks so much, Loretta!

I haven’t had my glasses 4 months yet, I must take them back for a second time. The first time the arm fell off and now my nose piece has come off. I went with the pair they recommended. The main issue I went in for was I have a hard time seeing to drive. I can’t wear these glasses at all for driving. When I’m working at my computer I must hold them up with one hand to be able to see my screen. I’m told I have to tilt my head back to use them without holding them up. Trust me when I say... I would have to break my neck to use them that way. I don’t wear them most of the time except at my computer, so I feel they shouldn’t need repairs a second time. I’m heading to a different doctor and see if they can help. Maybe get a spare pair in case I have this issue with a new pair. 500.00 I paid for my current pair. Just feel like the quality is dollar store quality.
