Had a great first visit! The office is clean and well kept, and I was in and out much quicker than I expected. The staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything along the way. Dr. Sweitzer really listened to my concerns, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. I’m really glad I chose this office and would highly recommend them!
I went to S Eye Care for an eye exam. The office was highly recommended by my insurance company. The front desk personnel were very welcoming, explaining everything in advance of my appointment and happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Sweitzer was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He was also generous with his time and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my exam. I ordered glasses after my exam and should have them in about a week to ten days. They have plenty of options for frames and the optician was very friendly and helpful as well. Also, I couldn’t help but notice that the office was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend S Eyecare!
I've been a patient of Dr. Switzer for over 10 years, and every experience has been excellent. This morning I called with an urgent eye issue, and they got me in the very same day. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room, which says a lot about how well the office is run. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. It's reassuring to know I can count on this office when something unexpected comes up. I highly recommend Dr. Switzer and the entire team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient eye care.
I came to pick up my glasses and tried them on in the office, and everything seemed fine. However, when I went to my car and put them on again, one of the arms came off. I returned immediately to report the issue. When I explained what happened, I was told, “it was fine when I gave it to you,” which felt dismissive and came across as blaming. I had not even left the parking lot when this occurred. I would like to note that the doctor was great—professional and kind during my visit. I appreciate that another staff member assisted me and arranged for a replacement. However, I hope future interactions can be handled with more understanding and empathy.
My experience at S eye care was a great one from the reception at the front desk to my initial screening and finally the doctor’s exam. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt good about trusting the staff with my eye care.
