Danielle is an AWESOME girl!! Danielle made sure I had pleasant experience while I was in the store on 8/27/26. She was in the middle of a project when I approached her for a new pair of glasses. She told me it wouldn't be a problem at all for her to help me and she then put away the project. She checked which glasses my insurance covered and then listened to the changes I would like my new pair to have. She went around the store and collected all of the ones covered by my ins. for me to decide which ones I wanted. She brought me at least twenty pair! I really appreciated her doing that due to me having mobility issues. I also appreciated her input as to how the glasses looked on me and which ones worked best for my face shape! Other places usually told me I should have brought a friend with me to help me decide. I can't wait to wear my new glasses! Thank you so much Danielle you definitely went above and beyond. Extremely professional also very friendly. They truly care for their patients. I am a patient for 25 years. Always had prompt attention. I would highly recommend Premier Eye Care Group. I recommend a friend for her cataract surgery with Dr Brent. My friend was very satisfied with the procedure.

I was surprised at how easy and carefree this whole process was! I don't have to wear glasses only for reading up close. I didn't even know I had the surgery. It was so quick and pain free! Dr Brent did an excellent job at fitting my new lens. The staff is all caring and professional and makes you feel so relaxed. I would advise anyone with vision loss to have this procedure if they can.

I had an excellent experience at Premier Eye Care in Hartsdale. Piper was absolutely wonderful! She did an outstanding job helping me select my new glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find frames that fit perfectly, looked great, and suited my needs. I do believe that I get very good care from this practice , the downside ( but this is everywhere ) is that it is very big and very busy. They mostly handle things very well but I was there a long time last visit and left without a one year appointment ( due to them handling a specialist referral for me at check out and the back up that ensued.) The office staff is doing their best but could use more help. Bottom line - the doctors are thorough but be prepared to wait .
