There is a lady, Amanda, she is incredibly nice and does her best to help her customers, understanding our needs. One of our family members have special needs and she is so kind and patient. She truly does her best to help. Plus, all the staff there are very kind. We started to go there last year and now the 4 of us go there to buy our glasses.
My visit for an eye exam and ordering new glasses went really well. Check in was easy, the eye doctor explained everything along the way and ordering new glasses was a breeze. I was in and out on 35 minutes. A++++
This was my first visit to this Visionworks location, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was greeted right away, even though the receptionist was already helping someone else. A second receptionist came in, she looked like she had just returned from buying her lunch, but she immediately stepped in to assist me. She checked me in, told me where to sit, and then quickly put her food away. It really showed that customers come first, no matter what they’re in the middle of. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and respectful. The first woman who brought me into the room with the curtains was quick, gentle, and efficient. Dr. Tran was professional, fast, kind, and also funny and which made the exam feel comfortable. My last interaction was with Christina, who helped me pick out my glasses. She was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and even offered her own suggestions. When I changed my mind about some of the add‑ons, she didn’t seem annoyed at all, she just smiled and told me she would make the adjustments. Overall, I had a perfect experience with every staff member and with the doctor. I would definitely recommend this location.
As soon as we arrived, I was told to go inside, but no one ever checked us in. My wife, kids, and I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes, and not a single employee acknowledged us or asked if we had been helped. Meanwhile, people who arrived after us were checked in and taken back while we were completely ignored. We eventually got fed up and walked out. We were able to get two appointments at Walmart instead. After this experience, we will never return to Visionworks. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this location.
I can say that my time spent at visionworks at 3401 Hartzdale Dr Camp Hill PA was honestly a good experience for me for my boyfriend Carlos Rodriguez. Everything was perfect up to the thing of the air conditioning he complained to me that the air was cold for him. He's a sick man with rheumatoid arthritis so the environment was a little cold for him but other than that he said it was a perfect visit. Thank you for everything
