Horrible customer service. This was my first time visiting this location, and I arrived 8 minutes late after getting lost. I clearly explained the situation, I asked several individuals for directions within the mall, but no one was able to assist me. As a result, I had to locate the place on my own without my glasses, which I had lost, and given my poor vision, this made the situation even more challenging. had already completed the online form in advance, so my appointment would not have taken much time at all. I was only 8 minutes late. If I had arrived late due to poor time management or irresponsibility, I would understand. However, I arrived on time and got delayed only because the location is somewhat hidden. It was my first time visiting, and I became lost, especially given my poor vision. There was a clear lack of empathy and understanding. Demonstrating empathy toward customers is a fundamental part of providing proper customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
I am hoping Peart Vision will see this and contact me. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered my glasses. When I called last week they expected them to arrive in store Monday. When I tried to call yesterday and today, store voicemail is full. When I called a national number they could only tell me the store is closed. How do I get my glasses? I amgetting severe headaches so would like to pick them up.
Honestly one of the worse experiences, first the assistant was horribly rude when we told her I did not have insurance, as if I could not self pay. The doctor was answering what lens was better or not, before I could even say anything, so I'm not sure if my rx is even accurate at this point. Then they made us wait another 30.mins behind customers who came in after to even get glasses ordered. Overall I would avoid this place and go anywhere else, and will be doing so myself since I am unsure if this RX is even valid or would make my vision worse.
I had an eye exam and purchased a set of prescription glasses. I ordered almost the top of the line glasses with progressive lenses and transition tinting. After 2 weeks the glasses came in. The first thing I noticed was the transition lenses wouldn’t get nearly dark enough outside to make a difference. The second thing I noticed was the progressive lenses were of little to no benefit to me because there was only a pin point area that was actually in focus when I would look at things up close. This caused me to crane my neck to see clearly. I went back in for 2 separate adjustments before ultimately asking to have these glasses just made as prescription reading glasses. After another 2 weeks those glasses came in. They seem to work fine but when I asked if there was a refund from going from a top of the line lense to this set with no progressive lenses and no transition tinting, the salesman said absolutely not there are no refunds. When I asked what would happen if I had to have new glasses made and went from a plain set of readers to a top of the line set, if there would be an upcharge. He said absolutely there would be. So my question is, where is this 100% satisfaction guarantee that Pearle Vision has?? I ended up paying about $800 for a set of prescription reading glasses. Doesn’t seem right to me. Watch these sales people.
