They don't answer calls. To make an appointment, you have to go there in person, and after they find out what health insurance you have, they give you an appointment. It seems they never have availability for private plans, even for dates close to the date. In my case, I've been waiting a month and a half.
Terrible service. They only have one person to handle both eyeglasses and prescriptions. Many people are waiting, and the person at the register can't process orders until the other person, who I understand is the pharmacist in this case, has finished. There's no coordination; it's unbelievable that this happens.
I'm giving it one star; if I could, I wouldn't give it anything. They tell you one day, and days and days go by and nothing happens. Terrible service. It's the last time I go to that place to get glasses made. What a disappointment.
