Walmart Vision Center

The doctor is wonderful but we will not be back to the vision center. I have been coming here for 20+ years. It has NEVER taken me 45+ minutes to order glasses, and we did'nt even get them ordered! They had 3 people that could barely speak english, did NOT have frames already picked out, let them pick out different frames after having been working on ordering them for 30+ minutes, did not have correct prescription for the one, AND had issues with insurance tie up service for over 45 minutes. We walked out and will NOT be back. We already had the frames picked out. Our insurance , address, and everything was the SAME. We are normally in and out in 15 minutes. The ONLY solutions provided was wait or come back later. If I had all the freetime to come back later I would not have waited over 45 minutes now would I? Never in all my years has service been so poor. Typically when a customer has that many problems they ask them to step to the side to get the quick orders done, and come back to them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never had any trouble with my vision until I got my eye exam here, my eyes have always been two different powers and she tried to tell me they were both the same, she also tried to switch my contacts to “night and day” and told me they were the same cost, they were $60 higher. Ever since going there I have had constant blurry vision in my left eye and massive migraines…. DO NOT GO TO WALMART VISION!!! She rushes and doesn’t actually care about your eyesight!

If I could give a negative experience I would. Too lazy to even check the data base. My advice.... order elsewhere. I never had an issue at the Walmart vision in Murfreesboro. My doctor even took the prescription directly to them, which they should have had on file, personally. They said they could not enter it unless I am there in person!!!!!! Worth your time and money to go to another Vision Center.

Cannot even schedule an appointment. If you do get someone on the phone they won't help you or take a message to have someone who can help you follow up.

Very very nice people all around. Very helpful. The Dr. Was very thorough
