Walmart Vision Center

Staff at the eye doctor office made me feel very welcomed and very friendly and polite. Eye doctor was very friendly and explained everything. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Vision center was also very friendly and polite. Asked everything about my glasses and adjusted them and sure they fit me very comfortable before I left.

The staff used to be friendly and so helpful in person and over the phone, I do not know what has happened. I called to order some replacement lens (like I have done multiple times over the years of business my father and I have used them) and they stated that they simply don't do that without measuring my glasses. However they have ordered replacement frames for me over the phone before. They told me I had to have them measured unlike when I had them done under warranty. I know very well they have to maintain records and could have used those measurements. I simply wanted to pay for the lenses and pick them up when they arrived as I always have done. I will be looking for another vision center. Matt Warden has treated my father and I very well over the years and will hate to transfer but I don't feel like I was treated as well as I have been in the past. I know I do like being treated as if I am lying about the situation and that’s exactly what the young woman made me feel.

I had an appointment yesterday, I showed up 15 minutes early, they took me in right away. It was super easy, in and out and they make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Warden was simply awesome. I am new to all of this and he explained everything very well and was so friendly. His assistant Missy was super friendly and helpful as well. In addition, all of the staff out front was very helpful. They helped me choose my frames and also were very friendly! I recommend this place above all others!

Eye exam was ghee at with by Dr Warden. His assistant Missy is so sweet. All the glasses I’ve gotten here were well done prescriptions.I’m very satisfied with my glasses. The staff are so patient, kind and knowledgeable. This place is always the best choice for glasses.

I made an appointment for a eye test the Doctor was very kind they ordered my prescription and called me when they were ready. I love my glasses and the service was excellent Kudos to you all and thank you very much. I can finally see again.
