Dr. Kurt Mosteller is a wonderful Dr, made me feel comfortable. Love his knowledge & expertise. Miss Julie in the eye glasses store was a great help. She helped me with picking out my frames bc there was so many to choose from. She had a wonderful personality & was very kind. My husband & I have been customers there for a long time & will continue to be at the Cookeville Walmart Vision Center.
My whole family uses Walmart vision center / on Jefferson. Great experience every visit: smart, helpful, knowledgeable. Always helpful and fixes any problems which rarely happen. I would not change locations!
Avoid coming here, we purchased insurance on glasses, and when we asked about it they said we didn't. I said I knew we did and the employee's response was "no you didn't, I know you didn't cause we have declined on our side". That only proves they put in that not that we didn't purchase it. It's easy to input the wrong thing.
Julie, the manager of the Walmart vision center in Cookeville is the reason I always go back. My family has gone there for years and she ALWAYS listens and is so helpful.
