DO NOT GET YOUR GLASSES HERE - TAKE THE DRIVE AND GO TO SUCCESS VISION IN PADUCAH KENTUCKY! WILL TREAT YOU EXCELLENT!!!! I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with the Martin Tennessee vision center. Judging from the other reviews on this, I'm not the only one. I got my lenses in November of 2023. In less than 6 months, they were so scratched, not by anything that I had done, it was hard to see through them. I work from home, and I take my glasses off at night and put them in the case. I only use the prescribed cleaning products on them. I went to the manager of the vision center to show her my glasses, and told her I believed that this was a defective product and no way that they were scratched by anything I had done. I only had these lenses for less than a year, and took very good care of them. She indicated she didn't believe there was anything we could do, and that they look like they were just regular scratches, not defective. She indicated she had to speak to her boss in order to try and assist me with rectifying the situation. When I purchase the lenses, I was never offered any kind of warranty or or protection plan. However when I did get a response from the manager's boss, they indicated I had not purchased warranty or protection plan, so there was nothing they could do but charge me another $290 for another set of lenses. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I will spread the word. I would recommend anybody thinking of getting their eye exam and glasses to go anywhere but the Walmart store in Martin. Here is a great place to get your glasses - Success Vision in Paducah, KY. It's worth the drive, and it's same day for most glasses. They have excellent customer service and I paid cash and the prices are very reasonable. They truly took care of me. I got new glasses, frames and prescription sunglasses for what I paid for ONLY lenses at Walmart!

UPDATE: I recently got my new glasses from the Walmart in Paris and I can finally see! Also, I can now see how bad the previous lenses are (6 months old) and it is all the scratch coat that's messed up! Shame on you Walmart-Martin for not standing behind your product! I had a fairly good experience with the eye doctor and the staff, so that's the 3 stars, from there it gets pretty bad. I went for my eye exam and Dr. Kimmer was good. I needed to save a little more money to purchase progressive lenses (expensive) for my existing frames so, I didn't get them that day. I came back to order my lenses and decided on a cheaper lense than the Zeiss lenses I had for the last 5 years. Within 4 months these lenses are so scratched up it's ridiculous. I came back in to show them how bad they were... Sorry, can't do anything about it, mind you, my last pair lasted over 5 years! I am now waiting on my new lenses from the Paris store! I will probably not be back in the Martin vision center again.

Horrible service, bait and switch on billing. They tell you your insurance pays all and up sales everything, then bills you three months later. Just hands your glasses when picking up, no help adjusting, nothing..then when asked if they would help, lady's says they look good to me. Hard lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN!! PLUS CANT EVEN WEAR THE GLASSES BECAUSE THEY HURT MY FACE. Customer service is awful, billing is horrible. Stay away and go to a reputable eye doctors office. Would give 0 stars if possible.

When I went in January 2023 for my eye appointment I had gotten there about 20 minutes early and the doctor told me I was not early but in fact was over an hour late (I was not) and he was just kind of rude to me. Went there on 5-20-23 to get a pair of glasses and was told I couldn’t because no one was there that could actually help me with ordering a pair but that I could look at the frames (even though I literally had already looked and picked a pair out) The lady there said I could come back on Monday when her supervisor (Cindy) would be there to help me. Why would you be open if the only thing customers can do is look at the frame options? The woman there (she has really short blonde-ish hair) was gossiping with some older lady (looked like a customer she knew) and the computers were turned off; seemed like she just didn’t want to work. I came back on 5-22-23 and Cindy was there to help me. She was amazing! Super nice and professional which I had not seen up there so far. The price for my lenses was so much cheaper at this location vs the Union City location ($115 here vs $182 at the UC location just for the lenses.) They have such a bigger selection of frames here vs the UC location as well. After the cost of the lenses, frames and EW guarantee my total was $190.95 which is a lot (for someone without vision insurance) but definitely SO MUCH BETTER than what I would have paid at the UC location. Also my glasses were ready for pickup three days later (SUPER FAST I KNOW) on 5-25-23. When I had vision insurance and would go to my old eye doctor it would take at least a week and half for them to be in. My glasses also fit my face really good; I didn’t need them to fix the way hooked over my ears or anything. So if you are looking to come here for glasses I would recommend it solely on the ranges of price especially if you don’t have vision insurance. I do recommend you ask for Cindy to help you because she was literally the nicest person there and she got me checked out so fast.
