Union City Eye Care

Dropped by today for my check up. The entire staff there are very professional and very nice. Yes, the two can coexist! I was lead through a comprehensive exam then escorted to the Dr’s office for final testing. Their equipment is state of the art! My prescription hadn’t changed much but I decided to get new glasses. The process was amazing with input that helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses for me. So….from start to finish I could not have scripted a better experience! 5 Star all the way!

The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and the technicians were very knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the exam process. Dr. Britton Bugg was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s obvious that patient care is a top priority here. The whole office runs smoothly, and you can tell the staff truly work well together. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, supportive team. It’s rare to find a place where every single person—from the front desk to the doctor—goes above and beyond. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in this morning for an annual check up where I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness! The staff and doctors are always professional and competent, and their dedication to their patients is much appreciated!

really liked dr buggs son the new doctor britton i think but can’t leave a 5 star as i can no longer go there from missing to many appointments. working 5-6 days a week 12 hours a day it’s hard to not miss appointments but it is what it is at least they were nice enough to pay for a certified letter instead of calling me or telling me anything about it

Excellent! From the door to the doctor’s office to the optics section, everyone is nice and professional. They are very helpful and truly do their best to accommodate you.
