Walmart Vision Center

I'm so grateful for my Walmart Vision's Danielle and her knowledge of eyewear. I have several vision problems and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure my eyes get what they need to see the best I can. I'm on my third pair with Danielle's help. She takes the time to look over my crazy Rx and helps me pick frames that will work best for my vision challenges. She explains how to care for new glasses and the warranty. I'll always go back to Danielle!! Thank you for caring!!!!

Terrible experience. Danielle was rude to my mother from the first word out of her mouth. My mom is disabled, has a service dog and was riding a scooter and looking for her new glasses. The first words from Danielle were in a disrespectful tone, “you can’t have a dog in here” no, how are you, may I help you, etc. and she never relented from her rudeness and discriminatory behavior. Moms dog is a 5 pound Pomeranian support animal. I wouldn’t spend a dime in this store. I hope Walmart takes appropriate action to discipline this “employee”. Never have been treated this poorly in a business setting. Buyer beware. Spend your hard earned cash and insurance benefits elsewhere.

Had a great experience at my appointment. Danielle, Riley and Leanna are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. They have just started the television appointments and made the whole process a breeze.

Fantastic prices!! Very nice and helpful optometrist! I will never go anywhere else. I got 2 pair of no line bifocals, for less than one pair of glasses at Dr. Buggs in Union City Tn. I got a pair of no line bifocal sunglasses and a regular clear no line bifocal glasses and I didn't have to pay any out of pocket costs, whereas I was having to pay out of pocket for only one pair of glasses at Dr. Buggs and I had $600.00 on my insurance for glasses, but after they calculated the cost of the lens alone, I only had $159.00 left out of the $600.00 to go towards a pair of frames and they showed me 2 single rows of frames that I could choose from so I left because they were all they same and didn't look good on my face. Then 3 weeks later my friend told me about Walmart Supercenter vision & glasses and i called them and they called Dr. Buggs office and had them send my prescription for my new glasses over to them and all I had to do is walk into Walmart vision & glasses and I could choose from every pair of frames they have in there, including sunglasses. After I picked out 2 pair of frames, they told me it would be less than a week when they would be ready to pick up, and 4 days later I got a text message saying that my glasses were ready to pick up and I went straight away and got my awesome new glasses.. I'm so happy with them, I suggest that everyone go to Walmart Supercenter vision & glasses☆
