I had an excellent experience at the Walmart Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from scheduling my appointment to helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The selection of frames was great, with plenty of stylish and affordable options, and the staff gave honest and helpful recommendations without being pushy. Overall, the service was top-notch, the prices were reasonable, and the turnaround time for my glasses was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Highly recommend!

I've gotten my eyes checked here and loved the doctor. The eye technician that I dealt with out front was super knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Thanks so much to both of them!!

Everyone is amazing but the manager ! The way she mistreats her teammates is unbelievable to me . As a Christian orthodox we’re not treated to behave with others this way !! I will contact who ever is above her because she doesn’t deserve to be manager and I hope she knows that god is watching how she is !!! Please do better not only as a manager but as Christian !!!!!!

This review does not pertain to any departments in Walmart other than the Optical Vision Center. Three months ago, I received new eyeglasses through the VA, but my vision stayed blurry. While waiting for a follow-up, I kept using my old prescription. After three months without an update, I went to Walmart to compare exam prices. At Walmart, Ms. Niveen Azir promptly identified that my lenses were too small for progressive lenses. She explained the need for proper lens size and assisted me in choosing frames suited to my prescription. With my new glasses, my vision is clear. Ms. Azir’s expertise resolved my vision issue and saved me money. Ms. Azir is a master at her craft and deserves recognition. Her personality, professionalism, and knowledge earned my highest respect. I plan to return to Ms. Azir for a second pair. Thank you M. Azir, Raymond Newberry
