The staff at the vision center is helpful and friendly, but I found their lenses to be of very poor quality. At first I thought the issue may have been the prescription, but I used the same prescription to get glasses online, for half the price, and they are perfect. Unfortunately I didn’t take them back before the guarantee date so I paid a lot for glasses I can’t wear. It is however a great place to get contacts.
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of helping me select frames and lenses and I love my new glasses!!
It’s convenient, the staff is friendly and the prices are good, but it will take 25 minutes to look up your insurance benefits so god help you if there’s a line. Also they absolutely do not open on time so don’t go first thing in the morning
The only good thing is the prices they offer on contacts. They lost half my contact order, said they would be in the store in the next week, and they still have not showed up after weeks of waiting. Now I have no contacts and I am leaving town for a while. 2 stars because super nice and professional staff but horrible timely service.
