Walmart Vision Center

High praise goes up for Mary @ the Walmart Vision Center on 5824 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN, for her Professionalism and excellent Customer Service Skills while I was there inquiring about getting new glasses. I was told previously that the Vision Center did not take my insurance plan, and I was looking at having to pay out of pocket over $300 dollar's. But while talking to the associate name "Mary", she took it upon herself to check it again and found out that my insurance was accepted and it saved me a great deal of money which was very help because I am on a fixed income and help like that do go a long away. I also appreciated her patience, kindness and caring demeanor toward the customers at this place. I Pray that Walmart Vision Center do something good in the way of acknowledgement for being a great represented for the Vision Center!!

I went to this location to get my annual eye exam this past Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised at how great my experience was. This was my first time at this location. Previously I had gone to the one in Auburn. Dr. Schindler is wonderful! He answered all my questions with genuine care and concern. He was professional with a great sense of humor and I truly enjoyed my time while there. Also the staff was great. Sonya, the secretary, was very helpful and organized. And Linda was awesome and super helpful as well! This is a great location to go get your eye exam.

Nightmare customer service experience! We spent more than 1 hour waiting for a refund at the Vision Center for money that they overcharged us, the associatte did not know how to do the procedure and Mary the "Manager", instead of helping her, dedicated to fighting with her in front of us and never helped her solve the problem.  We had to ask for help from a manager of another area who kindly helped us, thanks Erick... The other two employees need training, both in their work positions and in customer service urgently!!!

Staff extremely nice. The Dr. is easy going and makes the prescription process and tests painless and easy. Great visit. I love my contacts. Perfect fit with no slipping as is common with astigmatism problems. Best comfortable contact fit I've ever had in 20 years.

Lena helped pick out my frames and Mary was amazing and offered such great customer service. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and provides solutions for people as I was being helped. That is a great team there. I will definitely recommend others to go here.
