Dr. Smith and her team genuinely care about the health of your eyes. The office is up to date on new technology that assist with eye care and other things. They are warm and loving. Had a great experience here after having a bad experience at lens crafters. My prescription didn’t feel right. I came here to get a second opinion and the doc tweaked my prescription and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I left with a new (and updated) prescription and am seeing better than 20/20 now!
I had started experiencing floaters in one eye. Dr. Smith discussed options for diagnostic testing. I appreciated her checking to see what costs Medicare would cover, so I could make an informed decision. The testing was very thorough and I was relieved to discover my condition was not serious and required no treatment at this time. I felt no pressure at anytime to purchase anything. Both Dr. Smith and her assistant were super friendly, too. I was advised to return if anything further developed, which I will certainly do. They have earned my trust!
1st time going to Dr. Smith and staff and we have finally found a doctor that I love!!! She and her staff were so welcoming and patient with all my questions and being a first time patient. The esthetic of the office to the high- tech test were all top notch! I will be bringing my children and husband to her. Thanks for such an awesome visit!!
I made an appointment as a new patient and purposefully made it for this place because it’s 2 minutes from my house. I pull up and it said they closed the office as of March 1st. I made this appointment on March 12th and not once did I get a notice that they changed locations. It’s very frustrating when you have to make accommodations for childcare on top of it.
