Made an appointment for myself as well as my daughter. Both were supposed to have our eyes dilated and checked but weren't so we were refunded $40 after paying $350 for me to get glasses & daughter to get contacts. Better off going to a TRUE optometrist office. I decided to get contacts too since the charge for getting glasses & contacts would be the same. The eye Dr we saw was in a hurry, no time to ask questions, he did tell me my eyes looked fine - EVEN THOUGH I'M DIABETIC AND BEEN TOLD BY 2 DIFFERENT EYE DRS I HAVE THE START OF GLAUCOMA!!! So why didn't this eye Dr see it??? Because he was rushing and didn't dialate eyes. When we received the free pair of contacts, my daughter and I both received 2 completely different brands of contacts. And BOTH of us had an issue with 1 contact feeling like it was old and partially dried out. Both of us!! The prices of their contacts? You're better off going with someone else like 1-800-contacts or something, which is what I did. The only good thing that came out of it is my $70 pair of glasses, even if they are 2 inches thick and embarrassing!!! Will NEVER waste my time here again! Ridiculous!
