Dr. Hale and his team are great, but I had a scheduled appointment with Alisha at 8:30 am, and I waited about 40-45 minutes for her because she was helping 2 other customers pick out frames. My appointment was only for her to give me my new glasses, which took 2 minutes or less. It seems there could be a much better system where she could have stepped away from her other 2 customers for 2 minutes to give me my glasses while they were looking at frames, instead of leaving me to wait over 40 minutes.
I’ve been going to Eyes on the Mountain for years and it’s a great experience every time! The office staff is always knowledgeable and helpful and Alisha always helps me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! My son gets so excited to sit with Dr. Hale and assist with my eye exam and end the visit with a lollipop of his choosing. The checkout process was effortless and Mandie is always able to answer all of my insurance questions with certainty. If you’re looking for the nicest, most helpful people and a great eye exam, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Dr. Hale and his staff are amazing! They always go out of their way to make sure your visit is top notch. Dr. Hale even caught a precancerous spot on my eyelid that my dermatologist missed. Amanda and the entire front office ladies always welcome you in with a smile and make you feel like you've been a patient of theirs for years, even if it's your first visit. We will be loyal patients of Eyes in the Mountain and Dr. Hale for years to come.
My experience at Eyes on the Mountain was great. I used every service they had with amazing satisfaction. The friendly receptionist facilitated my movements through the office as required. Dr Hale was very knowledgeable. He answered questions and explained and patiently dealt with me. The contact lens trainer worked with the doctor to get me just the right brand to fit and perform the best. The optician helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my face, style and most importantly, the lenses! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
