I had a wonderful experience at Walmart Vision and Glasses today. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Gashaw — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and helped me find the perfect glasses. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

I strongly do NOT recommend this place. If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, go somewhere else. My husband and I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience here. I initially purchased my glasses from this location, and everything seemed fine, which is the only reason I brought my husband back. That turned out to be a huge mistake. As soon as issues started with his glasses, their entire attitude changed. The friendliness disappeared, replaced by impatience and dismissiveness. After only a few days of wear, one lens kept falling out(clearly a quality issue). We went back, and while the manager Deborah was polite, she couldn’t fix it and told us to return later, promising a replacement. That promise meant nothing. When we came back, the staff(including Deborah) acted annoyed, brushed off the issue, and suddenly claimed the glasses were “fixed” instead of honoring their word to replace them. It took repeated insistence just to get them to do what they had already promised. Even worse, their statements about the warranty were completely inconsistent. One employee said the warranty would be void if we replaced the glasses, while another later said it would still be valid for a year. At this point, it’s impossible to trust anything they say. My husband has worn this same brand for over ten years with no issues. Yet the pair they provided(supposedly the same model) was clearly poor in quality and workmanship. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they insisted “that’s just how the glasses are,” which is simply not true. For a pair of glasses that cost over $500, this level of quality and service is completely unacceptable. After multiple visits and wasted time, my husband still does not have a proper, functional pair of glasses. That is unacceptable. At best, this place is careless and unprofessional. At worst, it raises serious concerns about the quality and authenticity of the products they are selling. This has been a complete waste of time and energy. Their service is inconsistent, their communication is unreliable, and they take no real accountability. Avoid this place.

I had a great experience at Walmart Vision thanks to Deborah and Gashaw. They were both extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made getting my son’s new glasses easy and stress-free, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and professionalism.
