The staff was friendly in helping me select new frames. They gladly answered all my questions. Cassandra was very attentive -taking extra care in processing orders for both me and my daughter. I am very pleased with my purchases and the excellent customer service I received.

I had a delightful experience buying my first pair of real glasses from a real optometrist. I chose Walmart so I can get my eye test done in Houston then have my glasses sent back home to New Orleans. Not a problem for this team. The doctor was actually a lot of fun, she had a terrific sense of humor and put up with my shenanigans. Lol. Then Samantha was my optician and help me pick out a “JustRite” pair of glasses fitted to my exact needs and prescription. The process was painless and I was surprised to see my Insurance picked up the majority of the cost which is much appreciated. Good job Walmart!
