I would like to give a huge thank you to Leticia and Angie at Walmart Vision for their outstanding customer service! They both went above and beyond to help with my son's glasses and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect and treated my son with such warmth and professionalism. Because of Leticia and Angie, we left feeling valued and appreciated. Overall a great experience from the vision center at store #522. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong lenses for my glasses and the team was very helpful in getting me the corrected lenses. The entire process was simple and seamless. Thank you to the Crosby Walmart Vision Center!

I have trusted Suzette who works in the Vision Center for getting my eyeglasses 100% correct each and every time. Because my supplemental vision insurance is not accepted at Walmart, a few years ago I changed to a different place for my eye exams. I have been disappointed with my prescriptions and glasses since then. I recently returned to Dr. Berce and Suzette for a second opinion. I was more than willing to pay out-of-pocket completely for this appointment. That's how much I trust them and I plan to change my insurance during open season this year (2026) so that I can continue to have the professional help and expertise from Suzette and Dr. Berce.
