I had such a great experience with Rick! He was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through all of my options for glasses. He explained the differences, benefits, and price points of each option in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. What I appreciated most was how helpful he was in explaining my benefits and what I would actually need to pay out of pocket. He made sure I understood how I could use my benefits to get the best option for me and helped me plan for the additional cost so there weren’t any surprises. He also answered all of my questions about when my glasses would be ready and was very patient with me. I had my small child with me and was trying to get everything done as quickly as possible and Rick was very understanding of that. He was able to give me the information I needed while still helping me get in and out quickly. I really appreciated his knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help.
