Ms. Donna was so SUPER SWEET to my wife and I. She was beyond helpful. I walked in with the intention to purchase some rubber pieces for my glasses. But, after I explained the issue to Ms. Donna, she told me that my glasses were too tight. She politely asked for my glasses, took them to the back for a few seconds, and they were way less tight. Now, I'm not getting headaches near as often! Thank you so very much MS. DONNA. I want to come back and get my glasses there, just because of the way that you treated us. God bless you guys!

I had the best customer service experience here. Angel took care of me first and she was amazing. When I went back to get my glasses I had to go twice to get 3 orders. I was texted when they arrived and when I arrived I got quick service and sweet ladies to talk to.

Donna was so helpful and kind!! She fixed the nose piece on my glasses and tightened the frames for me, now my glasses don’t fall off my face every time I look down! It’s a miracle.

Just bought my first pair of glasses and am completely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and, of course, the cost as well. They were able to repair my old glasses, too! Special kudos to Lauri who made emergency repairs to my granddaughter's glasses (the store where they were purchased was closed on Saturday). This is a great place!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Donna at the Walmart Vision Center in the Azle Supercenter. She is always incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly every time I come in. Donna takes her time to go over everything in detail, makes sure I understand my options, and always goes above and beyond to show me what’s in stock. She never rushes me, makes sure I truly like the glasses I’m choosing, and explains everything thoroughly. I really appreciate how many times she has helped me with my glasses.
