Walmart Vision Center

I had the pleasure of visiting Walmart Vision & Glasses in Lake Worth, Texas this morning, and I was absolutely impressed by the customer service I received. Judith was incredibly kind and patient. She took time to answer all of my questions, offered helpful advice, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. It is rare to encounter such genuine, caring service these days. I truly appreciate her efforts. Even though I made my purchase elsewhere, I will definitely consider coming back for my next pair based on the wonderful experience I had today.

I went to Walmart Lake Worth Vision Center (3/21/26) to adjust the nose pads on my eye glasses that they replaced the lenses, (the left side is pinching my nose bridge). One of the attendants, Indian looking lady, very short, adjusted it and it became too loose. When I told her it's too loose, she took it back and said she'll just put it back the way it was (with attitude) and handed me my eye glasses without any suggestion or effort to resolve the problem. I was very disappointed.

Daisy was so helpful in getting my contact lenses ordered and making sure all of my insurance information on file was correct. I had just come from another Walmart location where I was told the wrong coverage amount, and was told that I was incorrect because they were using outdated insurance information from 2018. Daisy took the time to carefully verify everything and confirmed the correct benefits. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism!

Girl there was very rude. First I called on the phone to ask about a repair and she wouldn’t even let me talk. Then I showed up and same thing she wouldn’t even let me ask questions just kept saying they don’t carry that brand. From the other reviews it’s to be expected since there’s multiple reviews stating how rude the girls there are. I guess nothing gets done about it that’s why they keep doing it

When I think about buying my glasses I think about this location. Judith is always such a pleasure to work with. She has all the patience in the world every time I go in to get my glasses. She always has a recommendation when I ask what frame best fits me. I am always greeted with a smile the moment I walk in. All the girls seem to always be smiling and are kind. This will always be the location I come to get my glasses. I love that I am taken care of from the moment that I get my frame to picking up my glasses when they arrive. Judith is my go to person and will continue to be. I love the positive vibes and smiles they all have.
