I went to see about getting new frames for my lenses. Although, it’s not done here anymore Aaron Shearer was very helpful. He fixed my present frames. Which, I twisted out of shape. He was very knowledgable. I will go to see Aaron when I can get new glasses. Thanks Liz smith
Highly Recommend Palestine Walmart vision center. I waited only a short time until I received assistance.They had the frames that I wanted. My questions were all answered to my satisfaction. The Walmart representative, Aaron Shearer was very professional, kind and helpful. I look forward to wearing my new glasses.
So I have always bought my glasses on Zenni....for almost.....what 15 years now? And this year we couldn't afford to buy my glasses so I finally decided to try Walmart because of my insurance. I walked in a few times actually and nervously walked out but this time I walked in and was immediately greeted by Aaron Shearer. If it wasn't for him I would never have bought glasses. Not only was he patient he helped me find the best deal so my insurance could cover everything. Not to mention we had the best conversation. He was patient even though I had two babies and a 6 year old stopping him to show him pictures he drew. I'm so happy everything went so well.
Was sent to Walmart from Gold Eye Clinic for a repair on my Dad's frame. They were able to help us immediately and we're very quick with the repair process.
I was thrilled I got.Bezail Small.He worked so hard to please me.He is very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed.Went beyond the call of duty.Made me feel like he really cared.Explained everything so I could understand at my age I hope you will thank him for me.He was spot on my needs and did not put me aside to take care of other things.You have a very respectful employee.I am getting older and alot of people rush us but he was awsome.Got me fitted,marked the bifocal lines perfect.Thank you Wallmart,and let him know he was very appreciated .I will use Wallmart Optical at wallmart in Palestine,Tx.I have always went to Tyler Tx because I was skeptical about Palestine Wallmart Optical.
