I had the pleasure of working with Stephania, who took her time to understand my needs. My distance is fine, but I work on a computer 9 to 10 hours a day & bifocals weren’t cutting it. Always having to read with my nose in the air, trying to see the dang words on the computer was getting old! She talked to me about computer glasses and explained we could build those along with readers. I didn’t even know that was thing! So yeah, I still have bifocals (no lines 😜) but I won’t be looking stupid with my nose up in the air on camera during a zoom meeting anymore ha! 😂 Thank you so much Stephania for going through it all with me, explaining in detail & recognizing what my needs were & making it happen. I picked up my glasses today & love them!! Outstanding service, she truly cares about people, 10/10 recommend!! Next we’ll bring the hubby’s script up there & get her to take care of him.

Unfortunately, I couldn't allow them to provide service to my son. I arrived with my family, and it seemed to irritate them that I was there with my wife and daughter, bringing my son. Supposedly, it's only one companion per patient; if that's their policy, why don't they state it beforehand? I had to go to that tiny office with my family and wait outside like we were homeless people in front of the entrance. I thank God they didn't let them see my son. There were two families inside, and when we arrived, they repeated multiple times that it was only one companion per patient. The treatment we received was terrible, even though there were empty seats and families like mine already inside. Why is my family incomprehensible? Obviously, I don't recommend it.

They have good customer service, but I bought a pair of frames that had strings on the bottom. I was concerned about the quality, and asked the person working there if the frames were of good quality. She said, “yes.” They were the worst quality frames I have ever purchased in 55 years of wearing glasses. The lenses have popped out three times now just in normal use, and when I dropped them, the frames broke in the middle as if the metal was made of glass. I went to get them replaced under the insurance they sold me, and I asked if I could buy different frames. It was only then that I was informed that the insurance didn’t cover lenses, only frames. And it had to be the same exact poor-quality frame. Because the frame broke, and the lens popped out, and I stepped on the lens without knowing it. I’m quite blind without my glasses. They were nice enough to replace the lens at no charge even though they said the insurance doesn’t cover it. So I was kind of grateful, but at the same time irritated that I wasn’t told the insurance they sold me had nothing to do with the lenses.

Kim was awesome! We're new to Medicare and she walked us through the process and contacted our insurance for confirmation that our purchases were covered. She was very helpful, they were short-staffed and she still took time with us and didn't make us feel rushed

Stephanie Stovall went the extra mile, above & beyond to help when Heaton didn't do their job right i had asked them to do. It was a pleasant visit.
