I was initially hesitant to post any review regarding this ER, but due to the nature and lack of professionalism from the staff on more than one occasion, I decided that it would be best to address these issues so that they can be prevented in the future. My father was rushed to this ER on 10-20-24 from an acute episode in which he did not survive. I arrived at the ER to find him deceased on a table behind a curtain. While still in shock that my seemly healthy father was gone, I waited for my other siblings to arrive at the ER to say their goodbyes. Each of us assumed he had an a stroke and was at least intubated, not deceased lying flat on a table in a room. While I was waiting in the ER next to my father alone behind the curtain, I heard a group of nurses cackling, making jokes and discussing what they were going to have for lunch. They may not have been aware that there was a deceased person in the ER at the time. I would like it if there was some sort of system to notify staff that there is a deceased person in the ER out of respect to families. I understand that each person handles stress in their own ways, but its important to be mindful of families who have lost loved ones in the ER and are mourning unplanned deaths. Emotional intelligence should be a requirement when working in an ER, knowing when its appropriate to laugh and make jokes and when its better to be professional. I want to post this in order to prevent this situation from occurring again. Following this event, my mother was taken to this same ER months later twice in the span of two weeks. I was with her during her second trip to the ER and once in the room the nurse told my mother she did not have any information of her on file. I was livid considering my mother had been there a week prior and has also been a patient at this hospital for YEARS. The nurse was confused and clearly unable to click on the correct tab. Following this event, the ER doc walked in and started chatting with the nurse about a birthday party and social events before he acknowledged my mother on the table who was in severe pain and required a CT scan of her abdomen. I was highly disappointed and upset following the lack of professionalism from both this nurse and the male ER doctor. On a more positive note, Dr. Price treated my mother the following week and she was HIGHLY thorough and professional according to my mother. My mother had nothing but positive words to say about her.

Excellent care in a friendly and kind environment. Well trained professional staff. Full access to all patient records between family provider physicians and specialists across all Christus facilities. I feel comfortable and at ease with the care and individual attention I receive. Each day starts with prayer over the clinic announcement system. Highly recommended.
I got referred here for a CT scan. When they called me to make the appointment, I asked them how much the cost was for the CT scan. They told me they didn’t know. So when I got there the day of the appointment, they knew exactly how much it costs which was $3000 of money that I didn’t have. So I had to cancel. At least they did steal something from me; my time, and the cost of driving there and back.
Dr's Siriani and their Staff, are very caring and professional people. They truly care about you. They speak in terms you can understand. They answer all your Questions. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.
