I absolutely loved my experience with all of the staff, especially Amy! She made sure every customer was taken care of in a timely manner. I'm grateful they do same day appointments and both of my glasses were ready in 1 hour! It was truly an emergency for me since I can't see without my glasses and they took care of me. I will definitely keep coming back.
My appointment ran a little late but the customer service more than made up for the delay! Amy, the Brand Manager was on top of things and helpful. She made sure I was able to maximize my insurance benefits with my exam, contacts and glasses. My glasses were ready same day even though I picked frames later in the day. I ended up with more materials for less than I had paid for contacts only with my previous optometrist!
I really wanted to like Stanton Optical, and my eye exam itself was great. The doctor was friendly, thorough, and made the exam a positive experience. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. When I was ordering my glasses, the associate never mentioned any of the back-to-school sales. I had to ask about the promotion myself and then also ask for the blue light filter to be discounted. None of the pricing was explained, so it felt like I was constantly having to question what I was being charged for. To make matters worse, my glasses were ordered incorrectly. When I mentioned that there had been a miscommunication, the employee with the short hair and arm tattoos was incredibly rude and responded with sarcastic comments instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. This wasn’t my first negative experience with this employee either. She was also rude to my husband during his visit, but I decided to give the store another chance. That was a mistake. Her attitude and lack of customer service have completely lost our business. To top it all off, I found the exact same frames online for about $60, while Stanton Optical wanted to charge me over $200 for a single pair. Between the poor communication, incorrect order, lack of transparency with pricing, and rude customer service, I won’t be returning.
They dont take our insurance which we were told they did. So if you have Eyemed dont waste your time. However they do have an in-house deal they can work with you on. Oh yea, Kourtney, at the Tyler Tx location, is very cool and helpful. She made our visit fun
I would love to say that my overall experience with Angelica & Isabella was outstanding. Completely going above and beyond with dealing with my needy self. These wonderful employees (Friends as well said that day) are truly an AMAZING Team. 1st time going to your company and created a lifelong customer. Wish them the best of days. Thanks Friends.
