I would not recommend this place. First of all, I wanted to have my eyes dialated only for the exam as opposed to doing another test that I would have to pay extra for since my insurance doesn't cover it. The doctor seemed bothered by this and told me that he would do it only this time. So if you are watching your money, avoid this place like the plague. In addition to this, the prescription was not good and making my vision blurry at times and giving me headaches. I went back in and he re-checked and said that everything looked good. I just kept using my old glasses and waited until the next year to go to a different doctor. The new doctor said that the prescription was too strong for my case and gave me a better prescription. Now the old glasses are sitting like a brick in my drawer!
Absolute best eye doctor office I’ve ever been to. The staff were all amazing. Even the ones not directly helping me were smiling and very friendly. I have social anxiety when going to new places and the staff here made me feel like I was home. They were very thorough and explained things to me. They helped me select glasses and guided me on which frames suited my face better. They made me feel important and just an overall wonderful experience. I found them through the VSP website and will refer anyone I can to this office! Special shout out to Becky for helping me pick out my new glasses and being the sweetest ever. Thank you Tyler Eye Associates for making this process smooth and easy for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can only talk about my experience with my kid. They say they serve children, but I would not recommend it. First, they made us wait for too long... and we were the only patients on the waiting area. When the doctor finally arrives, I could notice he had no experience with kids... he was rude, impatient and even physically rude with my kid's eyes and arms. I won't be back and I definitely not recommend the establishment to serve children. Although staff was nice, the full experience was awful.
Dr. Goolsbee has been incredibly helpful throughout my experience. He is attentive, compassionate, and takes the time to thoroughly explain what he’s doing and the reasoning behind it. I truly appreciate his approach and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking care.
