This was my first time using Target Optical, and what a great experience! From the minute I walked in to the second I walked out, it was very pleasant. I had a wonderful experience here! The staff member, Ryan, had been so helpful and was incredibly kind and patient while I tried to decide between four different pairs of glasses. He asked thoughtful questions to help me narrow down the best option and never made me feel rushed. He was also so patient and sweet with my 5-year-old son, he even gave him a pen and sticky note to color on, which made the whole visit much easier and more enjoyable. Great customer service and a genuinely positive experience. Highly recommend. 10 stars out of 5.
