I have now visited this ER three times, and unfortunately, I continue to feel that my concerns are not fully taken seriously. During my most recent visit: Dr. Kasi Addison made remarks suggesting that I was self-diagnosing using Google and stated that she thought I “just needed reassurance.” She also incorrectly described my jaw condition as arthritis, when in fact I have a missing bone and previously underwent a complete jaw replacement. These comments felt dismissive and patronizing. A nurse attempted to place my IV multiple times despite my warnings that the vein had failed. The IV ultimately required assistance from a paramedic, who was very kind, attentive, and supportive during a time when I had been crying for approximately two hours. Unfortunately, instead of de-escalating the situation, the staff, including Dr. Addison and the RN, escalated it further, which added to my distress. I want to note that the paramedic involved was excellent and demonstrated genuine care, which I deeply appreciate. My experience highlights that, while some staff are compassionate, there are serious issues with listening to patients, clear communication, and emotional support during stressful situations.

We’re pretty easy going people. Aren’t the type to typically go to the dr. Like very rarely. My 20month old son was running a fever and coughing and grabbing his throat crying. I decided it’s time to go get him checked when he threw up. We’ve been here before with my wife and had an awesome experience with an awesome doctor. This time they take us back to the nightmare of J Welch. He told us our son looked fine and whatever “so cold fever we thought he had” wasn’t a fever. Being rude and telling us his ears “don’t look that infected.” He can do a swab if we want but is not necessary. He was in our room all of maybe five minutes. I asked the nurse if he was having a bad night and she said she didn’t notice and would discharge us if we didn’t want the swab. We left and probably won’t be back. Taking him to another doctor in the morning. Will update results

This Health Establishment deserves a 0, and you use the name OF JESUS CHRIST AS A MARKETING TOOL. I had a allergic break and when I arrived, the receptionist said they were full but she could check me in. She did not as if I was okay. The on going conversation with the on security guard was more important. As soon as I left, the conversation continued. So I decided to go to Hospitality ER and I was treated for my allergic reaction. If JESUS CHRIST IS THE HEALING MINISTRY YOU ABIDE BY, I Recommend your Staff read The Books of The Gospel starting with Matthew, so they can learn of JESUS CHRIST. We all fall short of THE GLORY OF GOD. I PRAY THIS MATTER GET CORRECTED. Have A Blessed Day 🙏🏿

We rarely visit the doctor, only when absolutely necessary for our daughter. In the past, we had a decent experience here, but today’s visit with Dr. Marti Baum was so infuriating that it will likely prevent us from returning. Upon learning that our daughter is not vaccinated, Dr. Baum scolded and belittled us for our decision. He immediately accused our daughter of being “very” sick after discovering her vaccination status, before even examining her. He implied that her illness was solely due to not being vaccinated. Additionally, he failed to properly examine her ears, neglecting to inform us about significant wax buildup that might have prevented him from determining if there was an infection. We only discovered this after a family member, who is a paramedic, checked her ears. Dr. Baum did not conduct any tests; he merely looked in her ears and mouth and said there was a virus going around before sending us home. To top it off, we are being charged $279 for a mere 5-minute exam… This experience was unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Came in with miscarriage concerns around noon today and received excellent treatment from my nurse drawing my blood, to Dr. Stroud calming my nerves, to my ultrasound technician being extremely kind and wonderful. Even though it may have seemed minuscule the bleeding I was experiencing, they still covered every base to make me feel more comfortable and assured my baby was safe. Thankfully it was a day made better by their care and understanding.
