Today I walked in looking to tighten my glasses, that I purchased from somewhere different, and Larra was extremely helpful. Not only did she tighten it but she also added 2 screws that I had missing. Thank you ladies for saving my glasses.

Sedra was very helpful and friendly when I went in to get my glasses. She answered my questions and let me know that if I had any problems to not hesitate to call or go back in. Overall great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be getting my glasses here from now on!
Larra and Verónica literally saved me when I showed up with broken frames. I had a fairly new prescription with all the bells and whistles but my frames were old and weren’t from the store. Instead of having to pay for another set of frames and glasses, they thought outside the box and worked miracles to ensure I was able to walk out with glasses on my face and money left in my pocket. Their care, time and customer service went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful.
