Renee was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get both of my glasses back in working order. One pair had a loose screw that she quickly fixed, and she even used heat shrink tubing on another pair to give them a solid temporary repair and extend their life. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything fit and functioned properly. It's clear she genuinely cares about helping people rather than just rushing them out the door. I highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy optician!

I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to get glasses. Very friendly staff that is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and quick to properly answer any questions i had. Not pushy to add extra things to what you want, very patient and listened to me to build the exact glasses I wanted when i walked in. Honest about the add on and their health advantages vs the cost of those add ons, for my specific situation. Prices were extremely fair and more than competitive. I had my exam at Stanton but left there and come here you get my glasses, and saved over $200. I even added more options than i originally chose at the other place. My entire visit was a very comfortable experience, where staff carried on conversations with me like we had known each other for years. My whole family prefers this location for all our eyeglass needs. My children even love this place and staff. Again, i highly recommend giving this place a chance to assist you if you need any assistance with purchasing eyeglasses or contacts.

Doctor Divin has seen my family of five. She and her assistant had both been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The doctor went through each family member's prescription, any conditions we needed to monitor, and any preventative measures we could take. We went to the vision center to pick out our glasses, and the optician, Renee Coleman, was there to help. She outlined all the various options and the costs connected with each one in detail. She was both warm and competent. I heartily endorse visiting this vision and glass institute.
